2026 - 2027 King County Budget Advocacy

The King County Budget for 2026-2027 will be approved in the next few weeks, and there are a few opportunities coming up to make your voice heard. Together, we can ensure that King County continues to invest in the resources and projects that matter most to Skyway. 

For this budget, we’re calling for three key investments for Skyway:

  • $350K Annually for Skyway Community Development Association (CDA) to further uplift affordable housing, economic empowerment, and community ownership.

  • $5M for 2026-2027 Skyway Affordable Housing

  • $1M for 2026-2027 Budget for Skyway Youth Programs
